A 20-minute check-in to help you see how you work best, what can trip you up, and how well your style fits the work you do and the career path you are on.
There are six short levels. There are no right or wrong answers, and no style is better than another.
This is a reflection tool, not a tested personality measure. Your results are never used for recruitment, promotion, pay or discipline.
Answer with what you actually do, not what you think you should do. The more honest you are, the more useful your results will be.
Your results are private and shown only to you. Your name is not stored. Management sees only a combined summary for the whole team, with no names and no breakdown by type of work.

Type one of your names. If a colleague shares your first name, use your other name. Your results will also draw on the career history in the CV S4P holds for you; this is used only in your own results.
